1. Login to the control panel https://manage.opensrs.com
2. Go to email and search for the domain name.
3. Navigate to Forwarding and click on Edit.
4. Tick on the mailbox checkbox if not already.
5. Click on (+) to add new forwarding and save.
6. Click on (-) to remove forwarding and save.
